Pieśń wykonana przez zespół pod dyrekcją Magdy Steczkowskiej w ramach koncertu w Teatrze im. J. Słowackiego w Krakowie z okazji poświęcenia sztandaru i nadania imienia Hanny Chrzanowskiej szkole prowadzonej przez Zespół Jednostek Edukacyjnych Województwa Małopolskiego w Krakowie, kształcącej pracowników medycznych. Koncert odbył się 9.04.2018r.

Who served Christ in caring for the sick, pray for us.

Who sought support from the Holy Church, pray for us.

Who co-operated with pastors in the care of the sick, pray for us.

Who radiated a passionate love of God, pray for us.

Who was the embodiment of the eight beatitudes, pray for us.

Who selflessly performed acts of charity, pray for us.

Who defended life from conception to death, pray for us.

Who wisely taught the art of nursing, pray for us.

Who nurtured the conscience of nurses, pray for us.

Who administered the most basic nursing care to her patients, pray for us.

Who strove for respect of the nursing profession, pray for us.

Who unfailingly sought out the sick and abandoned, pray for us.

Who gathered to herself refugees and orphans, pray for us.

Who restored hope and joy to the disabled, pray for us.

Who cared for the body and souls of her patients, pray for us.

Who reconciled the sick with God, pray for us.

Who introduced the custom of celebrating Holy Mass in the homes of the sick, pray for us.

Who protected with great care the dignity of her patients, pray for us.

Who confronting human misery evoked compassion, pray for us.

Who inspired many towards service to the sick, pray for us.

Who prepared people to meet the sick and suffering, pray for us.

Who discovered God’s beauty in our world and revealed it to others, pray for us.

Who dispelled sorrows with serenity, pray for us.

Who bravely and faithfully bore all adversities, pray for us.

Who devoted her energies to the service of the sick, pray for us.

Who laudably fulfilled her nursing vocation, pray for us.

Who wholeheartedly gave herself to God and her neighbour, pray for us.

God, you called Blessed Hanna to serve the sick, poor, and abandoned, may she who with her whole heart answered that call, through her example constantly encourage us in assisting our neighbours. Through Christ our Lord; Amen.

Prayers at the sarcophagus of Blessed Hanna Chrzanowska

Currently, a sarcophagus with the remains of Bl. Hanna Chrzanowska is located in the southern nave of the church of St. Nicholas, under the altar setting depicting the coronation of Our Lady. The sarcophagus was made of alabaster. On the sarcophagus, the inscription: Blessed Hanna Chrzanowska, Nurse, 1902-1973. The author of the project is Mr. Stanisław Juszczak, and the founder of the Catholic Association of Polish Nurses and Midwives.

Many devotees pray at the sarcophagus, entrusting their intentions to the new Blessed.

In addition, the parish of St. Mikołaj invites you to the weekly Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with Blessed Hanna Chrzanowska and the monthly Holy Mass. for the sick.

Holy Mass evening together in intention
reported patients – every 28th of the month,
